Li Danjia, deputy mayor of Yuhuan City, delivered a speech at the meeting. On behalf of the Yuhuan City Party Committee and the municipal government, she warmly congratulated the Third Session of the Sixth Bid Suppression Committee on its successful convening in Yuhuan and wished the meeting a complete success. Vice Mayor Li briefed the delegates on the economic development of Yuhuan. As a young county-level city, Yuhuan has become one of the top 100 counties and cities in China. It has many national industrial bases and international county-level ports. Its economic development has taken off. The whole municipal construction is leaping over to the Gulf City from the island era. It is hoped that this conference will further strengthen the contacts and cooperation between local enterprises and various industries throughout the country, and promote the further development of the machinery and related industries in this city.
Subsequently, Jia Xiaofeng, chairman of the Bid Compression Committee, gave a report on the work of the Bid Compression Committee in 2017 to the delegates. He submitted and released the compressor standards, completed the standards this year, declared and approved the standards this year, compiled the 13th Five-Year Standard System for Compressors, studied the energy-saving technology and energy efficiency standards for air compressors, and cooperated with each other. This paper reviews and introduces the work of the Bid Pressure Committee in 2017 from eight aspects: the cooperation of the standards of the association, the operation of the work platform of the Bid Pressure Committee, the work plan for next year and the status of the standard revision projects planned for next year.
The Secretariat of the Bid Compressor Committee reported to the delegates on the national scientific research projects, energy-saving technology and energy efficiency standards of air compressors, and introduced the background, research contents, research objectives and specific work carried out. The project will compile the technical roadmap of energy-saving air compressor in China, and put forward the suggestions and implementation scheme of energy efficiency standards. It provides support and basis for energy-saving technology evaluation of air compressor, popularization of energy-saving technology and improvement of energy efficiency level in China.
The members and representatives listened carefully to the work report and the report of the project. Members believe that the Bid Compression Commission has carried out a great deal of fruitful work this year, including efficient and rigorous standards review, full and scientific standard defense, elaborate drafting of standards, detailed and comprehensive standard system preparation, large amount of effective data collection, multilateral and multi-level industry research and exchange, and active and steady work. The cooperation of group standards has laid a foundation for the timely submission and release of compressor standards, created conditions for the smooth establishment and issuance of the planned projects proposed by the Bid Committee, guaranteed the drafting and completion of the standards this year, and provided a guarantee for the standardization of compressors in a wider range and at more levels. A cooperative mechanism was established. The work done by the board and the results achieved are satisfactory.
This meeting focused on the following seven criteria:
1 "general terms of volume compressor terminology" national standard revision
2 "air compressor, rock drilling machinery and pneumatic tools priority pressure" national standard revision
3 "all oil free reciprocating piston helium compressor" standard setting
4 the development of aluminum magnesium alloy bearing for reciprocating compressor.
5 the development of air coolers for compressors
6 the formulation of the filled polytetrafluoroethylene piston ring for oil-free reciprocating piston compressors.
7 code revision of diaphragm compressors
Jia Xiaofeng, chairman of the Bid Compression Committee, Song Yun, Cheng Guangqing and Li Hongqi, vice chairmen of the Bid Compression Committee, respectively, presided over the review of the above seven standards.
In a conscientious and responsible manner, the participants examined the criteria for submission for trial item by item and put forward specific opinions.
On the basis of full consultation and unification, the participants agreed to adopt the above seven criteria.
The meeting requests each standard drafting unit to revise and perfect the standard according to the examination opinions put forward by the meeting, and form the standard submission for approval, and submit the draft submission for approval together with the electronic file of the preparation notes, the summary of the opinions and other documents to the Secretariat of the bid invitation committee for review before November 30, 2017. The meeting also discussed the revision project of the standard formulation for next year's planned project, decided to apply for the establishment of the national standard "Compressed Air Part 6-9", decided to apply for the formulation of the electric bus air compressor, high-pressure nitrogen compressor for petroleum exploitation, membrane-type actuator for stepless speed regulating device of reciprocating compressor gas volume, and pressure Compressed air dryer uses a number of industry standards such as sorbent, and has implemented relevant standard drafting units. The 6 revision items identified by the standard review are also arranged accordingly, and the unit responsible for revising is determined. The meeting requested the Secretariat to organize the relevant units to fill in the corresponding standard plan task, prepare the project defense and related supporting materials, and strive to complete the project submission in the first quarter of next year.
