KG500/KG500A型露天潜孔钻车液压系统采用高强度大排量铸铁齿轮泵，保证产品质量，同时具有使用寿命长、产品性能稳定的优势；行走采用加宽单筋板工程履带，具有接地比压高、越野性能强等优点；导轨采用高强度、大断面铝合金型材，推进链条采用加大单排滚子链，同时滑板压条采用耐磨材料，保证产品使用寿命；推进和回转采用两档速度，保证钻车可钻凿不同岩层，具有高效的凿岩速度；大减速比的回转器为钻车提供高达7000Nm以上的回转扭矩，推进马达采用高压力柱塞马达，提高提升力和可靠性。可广泛使用在较大孔径钻凿的工地施工。KG500A潜孔钻车是在KG500基础上增加摆臂油缸（角度）。
