Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology uses zeolite adsorbent to separate nitrogen and oxygen with different diffusion rates in the air at room temperature and variable pressure to produce high purity gas. KSZY series medical oxygen making equipment is based on PSA pressure swing adsorption principle, and uses high-quality zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent to directly separate oxygen from air. After purification and drying of compressed air, in the role of pressure swing adsorption, pressure adsorption, pressure desorption. Due to the kinetic effect, the diffusion rate of nitrogen molecules in the air of zeolite is much higher than that of oxygen molecules. When the adsorption does not reach equilibrium, oxygen is picked up by abdominal muscles in the gas phase to form finished oxygen, which is then reduced to normal pressure, and the adsorbent desorbs nitrogen and other impurities to realize regeneration. Generally, there are two adsorption towers in the system, one for oxygen generation and the other for desorption regeneration. PLC program controller is used to control the opening and closing of the pneumatic valve, so that the two towers can cycle alternately, and the continuous production of high-quality oxygen is realized.
